A Good Read

heres an album i made a friend when her little baby boy was born
i used melissa francis papers which are very nice
i made the album with sheets of chipboard and cut them down the sides to make them have the tab look
love making it and my mate loves it too!





yep ive been pretty slacko with the blog again but there really hasnt been anything happening
its still raining so we havent been in the boat or beach
we took the boys ten pin bowling on saturday so that was fun
i got flogged by jake !
ive just finished reading a good book
its actually a teenagery book but i really enjoyed it
its called 'tomorrow when the war began' by john marsden
now i have to find the next book to find out whats going to happen next
might have to go to the library to see if they have it

day off tomorrow so might be scrapping me thinks!

more raving on.....

geeez its thursday again already ....one more day till its weekend hooray!

heres a LO i did last weekend of braiden, i love this photo of him i ended up putting this one into a frame

today i had another real estate come over , he rang the other day to ask if he could have the farm on his books to sell so i had a big house clean here before he arrived so i have a lovely clean house at the moment

miss fly would be proud!!!

this morning i spoke to clare my lil sis in england as it was her birthday, we spoke on Xbox live so i could see her too while we were chatting,

now how cool is that?

im off to bed now ........too many late nights lately!

Ive Been Published! woo hoo!!!

im really excited about this, its my first time ........

Lisa p my very special friend sent in my cards without me knowing and they got accepted in "creative cardmaking and papercraft"

very cool!

the picture isnt very flash but it was my attempt at scanning the mag!

i got 5 pages in there with step by steps on how they were made

Lisa also got 5 pages for her beautiful cards too in the same issue

we must be like 'special twins' or something ...lol

Another Week

its another week closer to the RETREAT and i cannot wait !

im so looking forward to meeting some more of the LSBS forum girls

August cannot come around quick enough!

It was a very quiet weekend around here

we did stuff all really which is really nice but it makes you really tired

we were hoping to go to Tinaroo Dam skiing and on the biscuit but the weather was very dodgy so we cancelled till it gets a bit nicer

we have had more rain today,

at least while its raining its cooler

look out when the sun comes back though!

did a bit of scrapping on the weekend heres one of my latest

i love this photo and wanted to go with the black and white look, the flowers were all cut out which took a while, im happy with how it turned out

another one for the album!

im so excited about the retreat its going to be so much fun!

im hoping for a really quiet weekend, not much planned really just the usual mowing and stuff

very exciting indeed!

have scrapping tonight here at home, not sure how many will turn up, hope to get a bit of stuff done

usually its just a choc and chat fest! but thats ok its such a great way to unwind

here are a couple of things ive done lately, thought i may put a bit of stuff on here every now and again

i must talk to someone that knows how to jazz this blog up .....i want it cool like CATHS!!!!!

Ive been very slack!

well cath from LSBS has inspired me to get my blog happening .....

not that i even really started it before!

its pouring outside and thats good news at the moment cos it will cool it down a whole heap

its been very nasty here the last week or so

very humid and hot

the farm is still for sale

we have a few people in the last couple of days with enquiries so we will see what happens

havent really been able to look and see what we will do yet because this place needs to sell

our baby goats are growing heaps

they eat grass and pellets now

they are very cute

ive been a bit busy doing step by steps for on LSBS

one is a mini concertina album which was a challenge for the cybercrop on the weekend

im so happy cos the girls seemed to enjoy it and their work was beautiful

the second one is a step by step for H20s

im really enjoying doing these ......i hope they are up to standard though!

just posted off my baby sisters birthday pressie

she is getting into cardmaking and scrapping so i think she might like her pressie!

oh yes she has just gone on the forum at LSBS too

im very excited!

well i think thats enough dribble from me for this time
